Tomiko Harvey is the founder/editor of ‘Passports and Grub” a luxury lifestyle publication for Black women, Conference Director for TBEX North America, and she is also the Chair of Partnerships and Collaborations with the Black Travel Alliance.

Through personable and articulate storytelling, she shares her visionary ideas for harnessing the power of observation and creative problem solving, applicable to any organization or community. It’s all about taking responsibility while looking for opportunities to improve.
Tomiko has established herself as one of the most recognized Black Travel writers and top champions of diversity in the travel industry. She gives voice to the underpaid and overlooked Black content creators through her platform and her work with the Black Travel Alliance.
With eloquence and a measured ability to examine often-divisive issues such as race, class, wealth, opportunity, and poverty, she invites audiences to delve deeper into why destinations and brands alike overlook the value Black content creators bring to the table and asking the hard questions of how do we change the narrative on how both Black travelers and Black content creators are perceived.
